I wish to clarify few things based on my experience to help shirdi saibaba devotees understand how to interpret dreams given by shirdi saibaba. Many of us innocently think Sai has given us a dream, assured as through some childish or serious HINTS and also see answer books and so many ways we try to get assurances and answers from our shirdi sai for the problems and desires we have in life…

Most of the time shirdi sai devotees are in pain because the dreams they get does not match with reality and they suffer for long in worst pain and live years only with sai’s assurance to them. The world wont

Are the dreams really from shirdi sai baba :

The first question is to make sure the dreams really are message from our Guru Shirdi Sai. Make sure again and again because it might also be your subconcious mind hooked in maya of your desire to create such dreams. Seriously if you pray saibaba whole heartedly and if you are a ardent devotee of shirdi sai also, please remember there are chances “Maya” would have made you hook more and more towards your desire/need by giving you a dream.

Fortunately few shird sai devotees does get Pure, clear and perfect message from sai through dreams.Personally if you see , i believe only in saibaba of “shirdi” ..so i prefer only that as perfect message of shirdi sai came in dream and also you heard the voice of someone talking clearly with a good message. What ever it be , please dont confuse yourself with this article..

The reason i write this article is because if there is a person who suffered for more than 3 years trusting

let it be my career or personal life, i had always asked shirdi sai for help and sai does has given me lots of assurances but i still only faced pains and failures for years togather. well, clearly the message here is simple…

Sai assures to make sure you wont get fed up :

What will i do if i ask “baba bless me with this ………….” and if baba knows i will surely not get it ….sai knows whats good for us and also our karma might be so bad that we dont deserve to get it….How can sai give a negative message immediately.

Sai has to give a positive message….because sai knows only then you will increase your faith in sai.Its not for welfare of sai but yourself….Only if you have faith even though your wish might not get fulfilled as assured by sai in dream, gradually over the years you will realize sai has something much better in store for you.

Sai uses dreams to Console us and not to make us upset with what his ahead of us :

Hope you understand what i convey….Some times Sai uses dreams only to console us…its like when a mother knows child will cry if she says dad will come after 6 months from abroad…Mother will prefer to say Dad has gone to office and come back in evening and feed the child….

similarly…Our mother Sai sometimes uses dreams very smartly only to console his child like devotees. Am not saying “NEVER BELIEVE IN BABAS DREAMS” …infact after i write all this, i still pray to sai to guide me in dream….what matters is, we must not get angry with sai and frustrated with sai just because the dream dint came true.

sai assurances and hints in Relationship issues :

One of my Sai friend was in love with a Guy..She got a dream as if shes getting married to him . She was so happy as for months togather they had some problem in their relationship. She did lots of pooja pleading sai to help her. Unfortunately the guy married some other girl. Theres no point in asking “Baba then why did you assured me in dream”

See ….in relationships, Saints will see both the sides. Sai would have really tried to help you.May be sai created few incidents/chances for your soul mate to change but they dint proved to be true in their love. If they are true they would have changed. So the problem is in the other person involved. Sai can only try to change our fate based on our wish. If the other person really is good hearted and has passed the test of Sai, surely sai would have done what he assured us in dream.

When ever someone writes to me telling that they lost their love, their husband/wife is not in good terms with them…i always ask them to pray shirdi sai saying” baba please accept my prayers, the lamps i light for u, my chantings and create incidents in my partners life so that he/she understand my value, realize mistakes and bring peace in our life”

the reason i say this is that, I know so many shirdi saibaba devotees childishly always asking hints from sai , remembering dreams , assurances and leading life itself based on sai’s assurances…..

so to make sure their life is good , i want to mention , saibabas dreams are most sacred gift to us but we have to understand SAI uses dreams for various purposes

1. Sai uses dreams to wash away our past sins

There is a story in sai satcharita where a person suffering from a disease cant bear pain n cry to baba.That night he gets a dream as if his school master is beating him with cane and also he is vomiting blood…then from next day, his pain subsides.

Look at how peculiar our sai is…Can any one achieve this in this world. Shirdi saibaba is a saint very pure, holy ,mighty and powerful friends…. Sometimes if you see sai is beating you with stick or such strange dreams accept it as a blessing from sai because instead of such pains to be faced in real life, sai has alternatively taken it in dreams.

Why should the dream come and why not sai give blessings directly:

Ok here comes the question….if sai is so powerful why should we suffer pain in dream too ? the reason is SAI WORKS BASED ON LAWS OF NATURE AND KARMA

many shirdi sai devotees suffer for months, years …this is because sai is not like mordern saints .Now a days people want blessings and solution to problem as if its a “instant coffee”

Please please…hold on…you are suffering for the sins you did in this birth or past birth and also for what your ancestors would have done..Its all recorded in your SOUL…..sai is “antarvasini” ..the one who lives inside you..

Though sai knows you are good now, sai can see the DATA in your soul….Sai has to obey this law of nature that “a person who has commited a sin must go through sufferings” …

thus when our devotion and faith increases 1000 folds and we are also calm for years believing sai will help us someday….sai will prefer to make us suffer the pain in dream and relieve us in real life. so the moral of the day for you is ” When you are in pain, increase your devotion and faith on sai” dont say baba you are not helping me …am not going to pray you..am not going to come to temple..this n that…

who is benefited if you pray sai..Its only you..and you dint got what you want because of your own fate…well saibabas powers are there but as i said “SAI WORKS based on laws of karma”….so please understand the pityful situation of our mother sai friends…

sai cares for you and loves you ..at the same time sai also has to obey law of nature and karma. When you wait for months,years always chanting sai sai sai remembering shirdi saibabas image in mind surely some day sai will help you friends

Now please remember shirdi saibabas dreams can be seen in 2 ways …
1. Saibaba has blessed you in dream .

2. Saibaba wants you to “face your karma” by giving u a dream

i will explain what i mean now

1. Saibaba has blessed you in dream :

This is most common dream….naturally we all feel very happy that sai appeared as dream or with out sai appearing we saw some other god or goddess…sometimes , we dont see any gods in dream but we will know for sure that its a dream from sai….like dreams where we get job, get married , have child , etc…..

when we have such dreams we will be happy and certainly these are dreams sai has given you to understand ” sai cares for you and sai is going to soon bless you with a peaceful life”

2. “Face your karma” – Suffer- get pains- face it but still trust SAI :

Ok..here comes a beautiful thought. If shirdi sai baba is a saint who works to help us get salvation for this soul, then Sai must also make us go through sufferings based on our past karma..

did you mean what i say ……
take this example

“m” is a man and “W” is name of a women…. they are in love and committed to each other…

after few months M has left W due to situations in his life…. What ever the reason be, now the women is in Pain as she lost her love……

She prays sai for help…Now sai will give her a dream some assurances that “this guy will surely marry you…you hold on”

now what happens here is….the girl becomes very happy and waits faithfully for the guy to change but it never happens..I have seen so many many sai devotees suffer in such relationship problems…what i have given is only a example…I personally know lots of people who cry to sai why he says something in dream but it never happens in reality.

The reason is simple..

see in PREVIOUS BIRTH

the women “W” would have cheated the man”m” …now its time for “PAYBACK OF KARMA”

as you sow so you reap

so even though sai knows previously the GUY WILL NEVER BE BACK….sai will purposely give such assurance only to make the girl pass on the bad times with more n more pains and WASH AWAY HER PAST KARMA

Now please dont misunderstand this article… Saibabas dreeams are true and powerful but the problem with sai devotees is that when their wishes are not fulfilled they get angry on sai and some even get frustrated to core..thats why i always write for the 5 % of sai devotees who are in worst pain but still love sai more than their life.

If you see generally in a busy sai temple on thursdays ,there will be thousands of people…but only 5 % would have kept sai so close to their heart . Others wont even have time to think about sai other than the time they come to temple….this is a fast world where many dont understand the Close relationship handful of shirdi saibaba devotees have with him

sai himself has said “break the wall between you and me and we can talk freely”

what does this mean ? Many of us are still building walls between us and our sai ….the wall here is our desires, needs , angry, lust and frustration that sai has not helped us. Please break it…

What has happened has happened..

Look at me..I got few visions in 2005, and i trusted it whole heartedly as words from sai….then even my Guru sai its 100 percent true…Finally what sai assured never happened in reality. I was in pain for long and once when i went to shirdi in 2006 december , i saw the painting where a snake is holding frog in its mouth and baba is telling about their previous births rivalry as virabharabha and chapashapa.

Then only i realized i had been holded by Maya like the frog in snakes mouth and sai has made me go through all the sufferings for 2 years, many days of tears, cries, hugging sai photo n asking for hints this n that …several prayers…finally i realized

“Sai made me go through sufferings purposely by giving me visions and dreams because sai knows am supposed to suffer…only then my past births sins will be washed and in final stage sai will rescue me and sai has done that”

Understanding power of shirdi saibabs dream :

what it takes for a SAINT to gain such a power where he can appear in someones dream ? Please friends, its easy to keep saibaba statue in white marble and do holy bath n pray….

Imagine what it takes to be a “saint so powerful”

Its not easy…Sai has lived driving away maya…sai has lived driving away all pleasures of the world…..Sai has droven away all attachments.

Now a days people say they did meditation ..there are 1000 yoga classes, courses for meditation etc. Can these false gurus appear in dream and guide their devotees ? Can you meditate for years and gain a power to appear in your friends dream and guide them. ?

so first lets realize how much SAI has done to gain such “siddhi” … Please dont look at your own life….
think one minute” How shirdi saibaba lived”

Have you spent one minute in sai temple in discomfort. Sai has lived a life time with no expectations for comfort in his dwarakamai. Sai never knows taste. Sai mixes all food he gets n has it for himself and gives to others. Sai has been hungry for days. Sai has kept his hands inside his dhuni to save a child…

What are these…its not just leela but TEST OF GOD on sai… God has always tested sai himself during sais lifetime…. Its not easy for a poor fakir to remain poor fakir with no desire for money and fame….But sai has proved Gods that he can remain pure forever.

Sai himself is Gods avatar but even when Lord Rama is born as human he has suffered like anyother person. So Sai has proved to God during his life time being PURE and SACRED. Hence Sai attained the “siddhi” – powers to perform miracles with out even asking for them…

So the fact that Sai comes in our dream must not make us proud….we must only humbly thank sai for guiding us thus because very few who are into spirituality know what it takes to lead a life like our shirdi sai baba led ……so lets bow down to the holy feets of this sacred sai…

Shirdi saibaba blessings are always there for you

Some people used to say, “am not lucky..baba does not like me, he never came in my dream” ..to such people the answer is simple..well sai din’t found the reason to come….Dreams are just a means used by Sai. Sai alone knows to whom it must be used..

Blessings of sri sai are always with you …..if he comes in dreams or not..thats Sais own decision ..so do not worry about such thoughts…

Please forgive me if what i wrote in this article is wrong friends….Its 3 o clock at night..i was sleeping….i am in worst pain these days because sometimes i ask baba” why did i lead this strange life always trusting your dreams , assurances and finally for past several years all i have is failures and tears”

i thought , many sai devotees wont have time to express what they have gone through which can be a guidance to others…so i suddenly woke up and its by my sweet shirdi saibabas grace am able to write this little piece of information.

Please do not confuse yourself with dreams .Remember theres a word in sai satcharita where it says “Baba relieve us from the pains n doubts we have in wakeup state and in dream” …i changed words as i dont remember it properly but its meaning is as above….so what does it mean

it means sai devotees must be devoted to sai, and love sai beyond what happens in life and beyond saibabas assurances and dreams.

Dont stick to assurances, your own desires and such things…sai always says “Your cleaverness is of no use here” …sai alone knows whats right for us…so lets leave all doubts and surrender to sai whole heartedly for saying this name “sai sai sai” alone can help us…

Though i wrote such a big article with my childish language , i am still ignorant in sai’s ways..I have only shared based on my present experience…may be in future sai will help me learn more….

I had been in depression for years since 1999…I dont know why i am like this…Positively speaking the failures in my life took me closer to God or you can say i become more and more religious. My faith that someday Sai , Shiva and all the Goddess i love will help me increased 1000 folds.

What to do when a shirdi saibaba devotee is depressed :

we are depressed because of so many things in life…the worst thing now a days is due to problems between friends, parents, love life and also marital life…Some are depressed because of financial and career problems.

Depression is caused by blah blah blah…..i am not a researcher ..am a little servant of sai and my way of thinking why depression is caused is just to say ” its because we would have spoiled someone else happiness during our present or past birth or our ancestors would have spoiled others happiness and peace of mind”

Hence now in this moment we are paying back our past deed…we are undergoing sufferings due to pains and depression..

What can we do :

I will suggest you read sai satcharita …can you..You cant because depression wont allow you to read one page without forgetting your pains..then whats the use of reading

I will suggest you to chant sai sai sai…remembering shirdi saibaba sitting near dhuni n blessing you…can you do it…you cant because simply you wont like it

i will suggest you to divert your mind by talking to good friends whom u believe sai gave you but now a days no is there near us when we are in pain

i will be happy if u do some pooja like

starsai shradha saburi pooja

but if u cant do all the above then the only was is to do the following

Steps to pray Shird sai and feel peace in you

1. Look at a Shirdi Saibaba photo …it could be a photo in u r house or a little photo..if you dont have a photo then better look at any photo you can see in this website

2. As long as you can ….for more than 30 minutes …STOP YOUR THOUGHTS.

3. Stopping the mind to work is not easy…it will work…contineously…So do this….take deepppppppp breath in and breath outttttttttt

4. Then give commands to u r mind

” For next 30 minutes to as long as i can , i am going to think shirdi saibaba whole heartedly”

say this 10 times… the above words…

5. Imagine shirdi saibaba is living in your own mind only…then how can worries and pains be there…imagine saibaba is cleaning your past and present births sins….

6. Thanks sai by chanting

you can sing any bhajan if not only chant SAI SAI SAI….

9.If you have shirdi saibaba Arathi songs or any devotional songs, play it and listen to it…Make sure your eyes are only on the shirdi saibaba photo or statue and especially look sharply towards shirdi saibabas eyes alone…

10. Take deep breath chanting

All you have to do is deeeply feeel the Shirdi saibaba who is residing as “Antarvasini ” in your own heart….

I have tried my best to help shirdi saibaba devotees who are in pain and depression friends…You alone can change your life…do not expect anything from others..Sai itself is in your mind….what else you need ?
